Among the 175 monitored internet companies, miHoYo, Guangzhou Great Wall Broadband Network, Ziroom, and Tongcheng Holdings were identified as the four companies that did not meet the required standards for timely complaint handling. The MIIT has urged the relevant companies to properly address the issues raised by users.
